Accepting to Love Yourself

Accepting yourself and loving yourself for who you are is one of the hardest things most people experience. Sometimes it’s also about the society we stay in. Most people are influenced by their friends, and others their family members.


Body shaming can reduce one’s self confidence and the ability to accept the way they see themselves. Someone can body shame you by talking about your body size and your height. I advise all teens to love themselves. Remember, self-respect will make you know how worthy you are!
