BAGANDA

Africa Day, what a special day for all tribes. Uganda is my motherland. Central Uganda is where I come from, I am a proud Muganda who loves my tribe. On Africa Day, I danced as a Muganda and I learnt new dances like Muwogola and Nankasa. I learnt new words in my language like emere which means food, mbawa which means dog and katimba which means net. On Africa Day, I was so happy because I got to make new friends as dancing partners. I am very happy that Taibah International School made Africa Day possible and a very special day for me and everyone else. I am happy that I got to learn more about my culture.
