Gymnastics is a combination of physical exercises designed to develop strength and coordination. I like gymnastics because it is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups. It is advantageous because it stimulates cognitive growth, and develops strong and healthy bones with physical skills. It also encourages confidence and teamwork. I encourage friends to use it in order to warm up and keep on practising daily.
