Get mangoes from the garden or market and wash them properly. Peel cut them into small pieces. Blend and sieve. Add sugar to the juice and boil, to dry out the water. Taste to see if it is thick and has a flavour. Let it cool and pack it in clean containers. You can put it in a fridge or a cool dry place.
