Personal Hygiene

Personal hygiene is the cleanliness of our bodies and the things we use. To maintain personal hygiene, we use things like water, soap, sponge, comb and Vaseline.


 Do we practice personal hygiene?


Bathing daily: taking a bath every day helps us wash away dirt and germs.

Keeping our fingernails short: Long nails can hide dirt and germs, so it's best to keep them short and clean.

Washing our hands before meals: That way, we can keep germs away from our food, stay healthy and avoid stomach aches!


After using the toilet, don’t forget to wash your hands!

Good personal hygiene is so important. It keeps us healthy, and strong and helps us fight diseases. It also keeps us smelling fresh and lovely, spreading happiness wherever we go.
