Personal Hygiene is the general cleanliness of our bodies. This involves taking a bath daily, brushing our teeth 3 times a day and wearing clean clothes among others.

Eating healthy fruits like apples, pineapples, grapes and so many more also help keep our bodies looking clean and healthy.
