Poem about Shapes

Shapes, shapes shapes, shapes.

Everywhere I go

You are there.

In my home, in my classroom

And in the sky

I see you.

Who are you

Who! Good question.

I am a circle round,

a triangle with three sides

a rectangle with two opposite sides equal

a square with all sides equal

Look at that, a box,

A box, oh no,

I am a cuboid

I have six faces,

Eight vertices,

And twelve edges

Yes, sir.

You are everything.

My friend,

What shape are you?

The shape of a circle,

A square, a rectangle, or a cylinder?

Everything looks beautiful

Because of their shape.
