The reason why we chose poultry as our business was that poultry and its products have a good market. We also wanted to solve the problem of malnutrition since poultry products are sources of proteins, calcium, fats oils and many others.
We had our exposition at the field and every item had two people to manage and I was one of them managing our business.
That day we made many poultry products like boiled eggs, fried eggs, fried chicken, chicken pan-fry, Roasted chicken and many others.
I am very happy that so many people supported our business, like teachers, parents and pupils.
I liked the exposition and learnt a lot about the poultry business.
I thank our teachers who guided us throughout the exposition period.
