TIS is a non-selective school and entry at every stage is decided by an interview meeting. Parents considering joining TIS are advised to contact the Admissions Officer or Head Teacher well before their suggested entry date, as places are limited.
After the interview, places are only confirmed with a deposit of part payment of the school fees.
Uniforms / PE kits are available for purchase from the school and these are regarded as the property of the parents. International students are offered a collection / delivery service from / to the airport or bus station.

Student Requirements
Young adults have so many personal requirements and needs. To give them some freedom from uniformity, we provide a bed and mattress but expect students to arrive with their own bedding and toiletries. Stationary, textbooks, scientific equipment and exercise books for some courses are provided by the school apart from specialist equipment necessary for vocational subjects. We expect students to supplement these with their own pens, pencils, geometry set, calculators, markers, coloured pencils, clipboards, etc. Students who own laptops must hand them in to the Computer Room manager for safekeeping.
